There was a fair bit of info on the old eseries site.
I do have the old site stored so i can get all the data and photos.
once i get them i'll upload them.

the FDC Staff opened the bonnet for those who were there, no one got in s**t :P

the eseries site is still up and running.

When I was at the disco centre a few years back, we managed to get the driver door opened, but the bonnet release handle was missing... but the wire was still there...

it took 30 seconds for someone to come running and slam the bonnet shut in our faces lol

I wonder if anyone has actually taken a look at the buildplates on the EAGT, if they actually say ea or not.

Makes me wonder why they are so secretive about it.

The deck height just doesn't look right thats all. same physical size engine bay wise as what my 5.0 looks like, but with the original gt40p intake manifold

the 351 is supposed to be 3 inchs taller / heads and deck height wise isn't it

physically noticeable.

starting to wonder if this one is just an early eb V8 prototype wearing ea front and rear dress.

Its definately a 351, the deckheight is obvious in the shot of the drivers side pipes, also in the 5th pic, look how high the oil filler is.
And it's not 3 inches taller, 302W is 8.2", 351W is 9.5".

Actually they are vertically 3" taller and it is definitely a 351 in there.

 We have members in here with one fitted (some quiet about it), so that is an easy answer, there is also a ED XR8 feature car in Street fitted with one.

Read this thread on FF.au. http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=1760 It might show you some things to watch out for.
