I'd disconnect the battery to let the ECU reset :D

Pretty easy. Go into any auto parts store and ask for 2. They will ask you what car you srive. You tell them, they find the part, you pay for the part and leave a happy customer. Too easy! :D

Im bout to take it for a 10min drive now to see if the computer learns. I have been driving like this for nearly a year so it might take a bit to learn. Anyone have any ideas, or have i done something wrong??? urgent??

Good luck with the pod, the cops over here have been cracking down on them and you have to wondr how much cold air they get inside the engine bay or are you gonna mount it elsewhere?

Cops cant do anything bout a pod over here in w.a if it is mounted with a bracket and secure. im thinkin of mounting it behind the bumper or i will make my bonnet vents actually vent hot air and just mount the pod in the engine bay. Havent decided yet but i dont like the restrictive air box and the price of the stupid cold air intakes

Just cut the front out of the bottom of the airbox, it will draw cold air from behind the headlights.

I agree, cut the front out of the bottom half of the air box and also get yourself a K&N panel, if you haven't already. I don't think this is restricting me one little bit.

I think you will find an exposed pod filter in place of the air box isn't legal and is a yellow stickerable mod. You'd need to run a T-series or B-series pod enclosure. Or enclose it in the airbox, which then defeats the purpose of you wanting a pod. As I'm sure you're aware, hot air being sucked into the engine is anti-performance.

Yer hot air aint gonna help. On a more important note im thinkin off extractors before anything else. i gained a very decent power increase with my old ed 6cyl when i installed extractors
