As it is? No.

The point of a Vic jr is it can help make a 5L/302W produce well over 400hp. It does this the same way any normally aspirated motor does, by sacrificing low rpm torque.

The problem with that arrangement is 19lb injectors aren't going to support anywhere near that much power, and they're positioned for torque (close to the head).

The motor will run, and probably run quite well, but it will need much bigger injectors for power, or a dual plane manifold for street-friendly low-rpm torque. It's a simple mis-match.

If you want power from a vic jr, fit a carby onto it. If you want torque, stick with an EFI manifold, or at least use a dual plane performer (or rpm or rpm air gap) if you're going to use the cheaper carby type.
