hi..

what sort of numbers would one expect with a stock ho, e7's, stock cam and extractors/zorst and an upgraded inlet manifold/maf/tb?

(doesnt matter what manifold, just has to keep the stock cam and heads)

anyone with numbers id like to know what to expect...

cheers
mitch

Probably 135-150kw if you're lucky.

Yep you would definately have to be between that area there. Although i cant see it coming close to 150rwkw.

If you upgraded inlet manifold and tb and tuned with the tweecer, you'd be exceeding 160rwkw I'd imagine. Without those 2 mods, but with underdrives, I think my 210rwhp converts to 157rwkw...

can't see it getting over 140ish without a cam upgrade!

Depending how generous dyno is
But yeah, I don't think anything over 150 is realistic.

I'd probably guess 130-140.

I've achieved 136kw with an otherwise stock 5.0 with just headers and exhaust.

thats pretty healthy but even still, an intake manifold, t/b and maf are only going to add 10 - 15rwkw on a good day.

It said stock ho then later on upgraded inlet manifold. I didnt read it as ho meaning stock 5 litre. Was picturing he ment keeping the ho lower manifold and trying to put a explorer or what ever upper manifold on it.

I got 142kw's at the wheels with stock heads, intake but with extractors, exhaust and underdrives. Have had the same results on 2 dynos too, though the motor has only experienced 129 000 kms.
