Why you would want to I don't know, E series headers are much worse than their AU counterparts. I am not going to say if they do or don't, I'm pretty sure they don't. I know AU can't go into E series.

Wouldn't say E-series headers are any worse (unless you mean factory), AU's just give more spark plug clearance to make up for the different plug angles on the AU heads. Other than that the designs are pretty similar and should perform equally as well.

The E-series headers will bolt up to the AU, but because they normally run closer tot he block than AU headers you may have clearance issues (probably not but I am not sure).
