hi people im new on this chat thing any way mi v8 falocons brake boosters just fcuked me up it cost 300 $ to repair any one no wht to do without costing that much money ???

Any other option would be to search around the local wreckers for a 2nd hand unit. Not sure what wreckers would charge for one but it should be less than $300.

hi welcome to the site :)

2 things 1 car and learn to type! :)

also what was wrong with the booster it could have had a tear in the vaccum diaphramg = rooted

a 2nd hand 1 from a wrecker may suffice
and if you have mechanical skills it is a straight forward swap over

a shop here in perth sells recond ones.. 150 or 110.. something around that price.

Perth Brake Parts.. they may be willing to freight it to you.. likely to be cheaper than a new one, and better than a second hand one.

Try Coventry Auto Parts. My mate replaced his on five litre EF today and I'm sure he said coventry were around the $160 mark
