hi all
this is gona sound dumb but i gota ask, my xr8 computer has been chiped by herrod and if my batery goes flat will it reset the computer and have to be tuned again or does it rember it all, thanks

it should have some sort of memory battery than maintains the tune. Your standard ECU will have to relearn though....

chips installed should be EEPROMS, which means that they are only eraseable electronically, so you flatten your battery all you like, and it will still be there when you are good to go. I think shef life is like 10 years, so unless you plan on leaving it laying around for that long, it shouldn't be a worry.
