as the title says, the L/H side Catalytic Converter is getting red (glowing red) hot when i drive a little spirited. The R/H has no noticeable changes.

Is this anything to be concerned about???

It is!. Blocked Cat, or busted O2's would be my guess but Im not the expert on this.
