Have wife's NL 5.0L.
First thing in morning cold start it coughs splutters & stalls. Start again - works fine for rest of day until stone cold next morning. Have cleaned ISC with TB cleaner - not much in there. Still same problem. Did code check KOER = code 412 = ISC High Idle Fail. Now is this a problem with ISC or the EEC? Is there a learning mode for these things? Richie
