Na, that engine I built and sold to a bloke for a F-Truck ( pink was his idea).
I sat the Ram on there for illustration purposes. The engine the Ram is going on is 351 cleveland I have been collecting bits for the last 3 years, i have a Hank the Crank 4mab crank shaft from america, shot peened and race prepped rods, ACL race series pistons, ported and polised 2V closed chamber heads, Crane fireball ignition (thinking of changing for an I.C.E unit), mellings high volume oil pump, and lots of other little bits and pieces to make her go.
So I am going to back up the inlet manifold with some decent gear, K.

Very tidy Steve, you've done well.

Here's my XG Van 5.0. It's a goer now. It's a 180k old NL engine with an AU 65mm t-body, 80mm Cobra MAF, underdrives and an AU EECV with an Ostrich emulator.

thanks, it's clean because almost everthing has been replaced over the past 18 months that iv'e had it :? the ho manifold was painted when i had to put it back on after a failed attempt to put on a "comp polymer power box" :x had no time to mod what was needed to fit it so the old one went back on.

Awesome Pete. That would be killer. I've got an itch to build an XH XR8 panelvan replica, as if it came off the factory floor.

That MAF pod set-up's got me f**k though. It looks like pod is attatched straight to MAF? :? MAF looks nice and big too, 90mm?

Do you have plans to finish that intake set-up? i.e different pipework, enclosed filter etc?

Jeff

The Comp upper doesnt fit? Obviously due to orientation with T/B side?
Gee they're ugly though arent they!! Never actually seen the results on a 5.0 using that upper. Guess it would only make decent gains with a heavily ported lower.

Nice Jaysen. Looks like it rolled straight off the showroom floor. Apart from that MAF, what is that?

Yeah that would be good, an XR8 Van. The filter?....don't look at that bit...it's just held against the MAF with cable ties...better than nothing
That filter is now on a 70mm Cobra MAF until I get the MAF xfer nutted out for the 80mm job. It's a '96 Cobra MAF.
The tube is from a BA GT and I'll try to fit the BA air box in there too.
