Mal Wood will do a full conversion kit (minus tailshaft) for $4000 including a reco'd T5.

The Pedal boxes look the same as the 6cyl variants, however mine had what looked to be XR8 written on it from the factory. Dellow Automotive in NSW also do custom bell housings for supra boxes. If you go the std T5 option you wont need to change your tail shaft. Have fun doing it.......

prob is that the 6cyl boxes are different to the 8's so you cant just find a cheap 8 with a T5. The convo kit for an 8 is approx $2000-2500, so if you find one cheaper than this, sell your kids to buy it
