banarcus... yeah mate, wouldnt mind having a look at the V8 mont once u get up here. Yeah that is a good point about 2500 can pay fr a lot of mods.

If the auto is in good nick, you could get a few $100 for it as well.. If that helps you justify a manual. :P

keep the auto go full manual valve body with a stally best thing i ever did

yeah drone... i have thought about that, auto is still in very good nick, only done 120000 klms. prob could get a few hundred for it, but then again i might hang on to it, incase i wanted to turn it back in to a auto one day.

The 4 speed auto is a bit different to the old C10 and FMX mate.
And to be honest, most guys i knew who went manual valve body didn't last long, they were fine for drag racing but for some reason they'd end up blowing them up using them for everyday driving on the street.
