hey guys,

i found a xr8 MAP sensor on ebay and was just wondering if it is different to the one on a 5L EL fairmont ghia, and if so, would it provide any significant power improvements? also how hard it would be fit it etc etc...

I thought the 8's had MAF sensors and the 6's had MAP sesnros...

I'll second that. no map sensor on 5.0L windsors only a MAF.

EB V8's had MAP/BAP sensors along with the MAF sensor, but that was droped in EB2 onwards.
