This is still up for debate
Will be 1 of 3 though - Motec, Autronic or FG XR8 computer (waiting to see what Simon does with these)

Looking for computer that can accomodate 1 coil per cylinder ignition, unfortunately the Motec M800 and M880 only have 6 ignition outputs so don't think i will be able to use it.
Although they do have a CDI-* ignition module which will run 8 coils but not sure if or how it can be hooked up - need to give motec rep a call and have talk with them and see what we can come up with

8 coil setup is good but wasted spark is also very good and u can use the AU XR8 ignition system as its wasted spark and works really well and is reliable.

Also i think u should speak to Arron at DTM transmission 03 5222 1833 and speak to them about ur tranny as they have done a few big hp BTR and the engine mangement is hooked up the the BTR and it will select the gear u want and none of this kick down crap if u use the factory gearbox controller. You will have complete contol of the gears just like a manulaised C4 and u wont have the lag between the gears if u go this way,

How can you use a FG XR8 ecu??? im super keen to hear about this as i thought its not possible???
