Ok.
Whilst persisting with my harmonic balancer problem, i decided to rip my dizzy out too.
It has alot of play in the bushes, the vacuum advance is stuffed and the plate is almost ceased.
I'm not sure whether to repair it or buy a newie.

Is something like this any good?

And is something like this just a cheap imitation of Bosch?

Thanks.

I'd go the 2nd one as I know you have to put a grub screw in the rotor button on the procomp ones. For some reason the procomp rotor buttons don't fit real well. They fit loosely.

ah ok i'll keep that in mind.
so just drill and tap a hole in the back you reckon and put a grub screw in and then it's sweet?
thanks again.
