Ride: Fairlane NF Ghia V8 5Ltr

Ok so I have only ever owned 2 Fords one was a Maverick (Nissan Patrol) the other is this poor thrashed Fairy (I did not thrash it) How do you tell what engine it has?? Windsor, Tic etc...I'm completely clueless..
