Hi Everyone i know this conversion has been done multiple times but am after some specific information that no one seems to have explained in there build.

I am converting my NL Fairlane from i 6 to v8. I have a complete NF fairlane donor car sitting hear that i was going to use everything out of.
According to some people i can not use the NF ecu loom and behind dash loom in my NL. Is there a reason for this? Cant i just the NF computers and the other associated parts?

Also i have heard that i have to change the steering column and the intermediate shaft on my NL to use the NF steering rack. What is the difference in the columns and intermediate shaft?

If anyone has used all the NF parts in a NL or anyone that has information please let me know.
A detailed list of what i need to change would be greatly appreciated as well if anyone has a list :)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
