You could try bash the dash. Smack just above the handbrake to jolt it enough, while turning the key over...If this doesn't work, try rebooting the key codes by having the reds on for half an hour...and then giving it a kick. make sure your battery is up to scratch first...But still working on this problem myself.

Interior light fuse. Try that.
