It weighs over 100kg MORE than a 302 full weight, there is no speculation as to its extra weight.

A friends el weighed in around 1600kg before the engine swap now weighs over 1750kg.

According to Dart their 8.2" deck blocks are 160lbs.
An original Boss 302 block is about 143lbs.
A Mexican block is about 135lbs.
A 5.0L block is about 110lbs.

Yeah but doesn't that EL also have the T56 conversion , steel tail shaft instead of alloy etc?

Based on that fact my Mum is the best around!
