Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what pins to bridge out on my EF f/ghia 5ltr so i can adjust the timing? Is there anything else to do or just bridge adjust and turn off then go? Cheers All.

I don't think u can adjust the timing as ef runs a coilpack , unless the 5L is dizzy??
I'm not sure what pins. But u bridge it then wait 2 minutes for the idle note to change then it will be in diagnostic /base mode ??
Then u can check it with a timing light.
Then turn off the engine adjust dizzy and check again

Yeah mate 5ltr is dizzy and i will try the trouble code pins and see if they put it in diagnostic mode as they are the only pins i know do anything.

I found out which pins it is, u bridge the upper and lower pins on the left hand side of the diagnostic port . Which is located in the fuse box. Then start the car and wait till it's on base timing mode .
