Hey guys
Im ready to start my winsor for the first time in 18months. does it need to be primed first?
If so is there a reccomended way to do it.
I was planning on taking the plugs out n letting it turn over to splash the oil around.

Cheers

its not really necessary..
but if you have concerns just remove the plugs and crank the engine untill it gets some oil pressure...
if it hasnt run in 18 months i would change the oil first..

It wont be needed. When i bought my LTD, it had not been started in 12 years. I just put a few drops of oil in each cylinder, filled the carb bowls will fuel, and hit the key. Started first try and purred like a kitten.

Just start it!! If it was Clevo ?? Then that's another story ..Lol..
You could pull the fuel pump fuse and whirl it over for a couple of seconds ??

Just push the button on the side a few times....wait no, that's my 2 stroke lawnmower...

It should be okay. To be safe I would check to see if you get oil pressure first though.
