go to the corral website which is a USA based site, plenty get sold there as they are pretty rare is australia. I managed to get a chrome 75mm Pro M MAF which was calibrated for 24lb injectors for $160 AUD + postage

just put a wanted post up and find someone willing to post to Australia

Pro-M no longer exist but you can still find soem of their leftove stock or 2nd hand meters around. PMAS is the company that took over the Pro-M business and they retail throughout the US. Another option is C&L again mainly available in the US. Check out http://www.jdsperformance.com/ they sell both brands at good prices and do send out to Australia, I have delt with them before and they were excellent.

Which mustang/cobra do we cross reference for use on our e series v8's? are there calibrations suitable?

Yes the US calibration is fine, you want the pre-89 (think it is anywhere from 86-93 actually) LX/GT Mustang calibration, not the cobra or post 93 engines.
