to get the lane to them times would cost and continue to cost an arm n leg! Yep. Personally (if I could afford it), I would keep the Falcon/Lane for an everyday driver, and get an evo for a fun & weekend car. I love the Evo's. I can't afford a second car though, so the biek has come instead. Easy 10s.

However, keep in mind that decent NA setups normally have high(er) compression compared to forced induction setups... So one can't just build an animal N/A and then whack a blower on.

so u its not worth wacking on a blower if i've bumped up the compression already? wat can be done to lower the comp if i've had the heads decked, to fit a blower?

Decompress the heads, fit a spacer.

If you can get most of the parts yourself, you can do a better job than the CAPa kits, by being able to customise it to suit. I did mine for around 7k all up. The kits are 8k or so these days with everything included so...
