Yeah chances are there are at least some minor changes in the EEC's but its not huge. I am not 100% sure on the numbers but it will be it will just be a bit more timing, and some slight changes to the fuel maps (less fuel up high and possibly more fuel in the midrange). Similar changes are found in the EB GT / ED Sprint EEC's when compared with the standard V8 EEC's.

The AU 65mm throttles are a true 65mm internal diameter

slightly off topic but is the au TB and direct swap for an e series, does the e series TPS bolt straight on?

TPS does not bolt straight on, the mounting holes are further apart so you have to drill the TPS out to fit, or you could adapt the wiring over to use the AU TPS instead.
