Any preferences to the type of spring compressor to use to remove the valve springs from an au v8 with heads still on engine.
Seen a couple of options but they look pretty flimsy,
so what are the best ones.

I have used a similar one from REPCO and made a sparkplug adapter with an airfitting to hold the valve in place!
