Which car would be the quicker in a straight line. (light mods)

VR SS Auto, 5 litre EFI, extractors, single cat, 2.5 inch exhaust, intake mods, IRS. LSD. Vr would be lighter and holden V8 probably more receptive to breathing mods

EF XR8, Auto, 5 litre windsor, extractors, twin 2.5 inch 200 cell cats, 2.5 inch exhaust, intake mods, 3.45 diff gears from XR6. The windsor makes its max torque at 3000rpm as opposed to holdens 3600rpm and also has the tighter gears

Which would be the quicker car?

If the XR8 is manual it will be quicker.
