I have a coolent leak from the welsh plug in the very front of the passenger side cylinder head, it leaks directly onto the oil filter. has anyone else had this problem? I am going to change it on the week end, i am a mechanic but was wondering if there is any hidden terrers to look out for while i am in the area. anyone know the size of the plug so i order the correct one.

All I can remember is that they're easy to do. Many people choose to go the brass ones as a replacements.

Neal, it's easy enough for you to do while still in the car.

I did one last week. Should only take a few hours (depending on what you remove)

update. I found a 4 inch split down the side of the l/h radiator tank, this was causing alot of my water lose. i replaced the rad this morning $165 for a brand new ADRAD unit.
The welsh plugs is weaping, there is a bit of a crust around it. i decieded f**k it i will do it. then i realsied that one of the three bolts that hold the alloy bracket that the p/s pump and ac compressor are bolted to was covered by the ps pump pulley. i dont have the special tool to remove it so i had to leave it for now. I tryed a few pullers that i have and the bastard wouldnt budge. Poor Design!

I'm sure you can get to them from under car? May have to take starter motor out...

I get a puller from my local auto one parts store...Be carefull you don't stuff thread inside shaft! You'll require this to install pulley...
I drilledholes in pulley and fitted allen headed bolts so I don't require puller....
