the el gt is the same as xr, the snorkle is not the problem its your power steering pump the earily had a big one then the au's had a diff pump so if you want one you just get the au xr then mould the back and itll fit no big snorkle was designed for the earily 5lts

im goingto ford today with the part number for the el gt one, so the difference in the au xr one is that it doesnt have that little dent in theb ack of it to miss the power steering pump?

i was advised that this product was superseeded and there is no more in stock.

So i asked about the AU XR8 one.

he asked me if its the 220kW or the 260kW one that i wanted... i explained to him i just wanted the one with the bigger mouth.

he gave me the following part numbers.

BA 9A 624A- according to swine this is from the BA, right?
ER 9A 624A

im guessing one has the tickford wingsand the other is the same but without the wings that is fitted to the BA.

If anyone can clarify this please let me know. He had none in stock at the moment.

After looking at the snorkel on the xr turbo motor it looked the same as the one i bought (BA 9A 624A) so im wondering if the other one is for the for the windsor.

last week i bought a snorkel for a ba xr6t it needed some re-moulding with a heat gun, nothing major just a bit around where the p/s pump is and also a bit down where the elbow meets up with the thermo fans.
