Yes they do ...In most cases.. Cam, lifters is different..
Water pump rotates in revers due to serpentine belt ..
What hot up parts are you after ???

Correct. Any particular reason for wanting one except for the annoying whine?

looks. lil bit simplier but i thought about it, it would take to much efort to put something on thats doesnt affect performance, does anyone know how the serpentine belt is supose to run around each pulley?

Yes but do you know for sure if the front cover and pump has not already been changed to a std rotation pump? We need pics.

Take a photo of it and post it here and I'll tell what pump/cover you have.

That's stock E-series stuff you have there. So the pump needs to run in reverse if you want to retain that setup.
So no Gilmer belt...what a shame, you'll just have to run the superior stock setup.
The beauty of that setup is the shortness of it. An early timing cover and pump will not be so short. Ford racing used to do a short std. rotation pump in a similar style to that but you need to change the timing cover to go with it.
If I were doing that swap I'd mod the stock bracketry to allow at least a 1/2 pulley wrap of the belt on the water pump and use a short belt...assuming you don't need A/C and Pwr steer?
