G'day

What would be the price range on a stadard rebuild of the crossflow motors. A mates doing his and wants to know whether what he wants is good or not.

Acl pistons, moly rings, reground crank, block honed, bored and decked, slight port and polish on the head (just a tidy up), all new parts in the head.
Cheers

if you do the assembly yourself, you should do it for $1500-$2k

Dont bother with chrome molly rings, they dont seal properly (oil buning)
worst thing I did with mine :x
should get away with around $1000-$1500max if all labour done yourself (except machine work)
