On a pre xflow 250 were is the rotor button pointing when the engine is at TDC.
Looking at the dizzy from the passengers side guard it is at 4 oclock i think.
I just need some1 to confirm this or tell me if i am wrong.

the rotor can sit any where, it all depends on where it was sitting when the dizzy was put in. hope this makes sense.

yer it makes perfect sence.
im just sick of scratching my head and resetting this dizzy and not having any luck.

There is a little notch on the top of the alloy body of the dizzy housing,(what the cap sits on), this is where the rotor should be facing when at TDC No 1.
