Aircon'd, and power steering.....sometimes, mags instead of steelies.....the interior trim....like a red piping on the seats, a cloth insert on the door instead of straight vinyl....things like that.

About the only thing different may be it has a 27mm front swaybar instead of a 24mm. Rear will be 22mm.

Pretty much you get a different dash cluster with tacho, and digital volts and oil pressure, red piping on the seats if it's an early model or trim that's similar to a Fairmont with a slightly different pattern if it's a late model, it's MORE LIKELY to have bucket seats than a GL, and it's MORE LIKELY to be a manual and have an LSD, but it still very well may not. Some S packs were just 3 on the tree bench seat autos like GL's. You will PROBABLY have power steering, again if it's an early girl, it's possible it still wont, If it's got steelies, they will be "S Pack" ones and not stockies, other than that, not much else differs, swaybars are sometimes 24mm instead of 21mm, but this is not always the case. Not much else.

No XF Falcon had 27mm swaybars as factory, 24mm was the biggest, and 21mm was standard.
