i want to change from manual to auto,with a beefed up auto to handle the boost...will i need to change any wiring looms other than the trans loom?or do i need a new ecu-engine bay loom to plug the auto's loom into?

you will need to change engine loom to auto, its a one piece loom. Not too hard to do.
If yours was ef all you would have to do is change the trans loom, but el they made it part of the endgine bay loom.
