i have a 04 ba xr6 and the sports shift doesn't work its doesn't display anything on the dash when you push it across, everything else works fine i have pulled all of the shifter surround off but can't see anything wrong any ideas??

Sounds like the PCB that is under that silver top cover. It is a problem now and again and needs to be replaced. If you are not so sure, take it to an Auto Electrician and he can see if it is burnt out.
