Sounds like a lot of work for a "Toy" to be installed.

I know what you mean there......EA to ED rear calipers were great in that respect.

Is that how they were hooked up was it?

Would i run the handbrake inline with the rear brakes?

Wasn't it XD to ED? My old XF had that same brake setup and funnily enough so did my 92 corsair.

Well....actually, it was XB....first rear disc brake Falcon.....XB = Xtra Brakes.....

XB through to XF had ventilated rear brake rotors, then went solid after that ( EA's ) till the FPV go-fast brakes came out...whenever that was...???

could be done

would need to be a seperate line added to the rear brake lines

and would need a non return valve fitted to the main brake line

I would be speaking to a hydraulic companay about what would need to be done

as im not sure how much fluid needs to come back through the lines when the brake pedal
is released and if a non return valve will stop this

sure you could always just block off the rear brake lines from the ABS unit.. install the handbrake in its place BUT you would have a drop in braking performance as no rear brakes when pedal depressed
