Ah you ford guys and all the options you have available! :D
These arent really answers for you but might be worthy topics for thought.

* Have them reset to your specifications
do some research and get a realistic idea of what you want to achieve first. - ie Do you want it 'fully sick' and low (spending most of its time against the bumpstops, and doing nothing for the lifespan of shock absorbers, having a terrible ride and still handling like a waterbed) - not so bad if its a show car.

Or do you want it to have a nice low stance, to handle well and still have a reasonable ride for your passengers - nice for a good cruiser.

Or do you want very stiff rates, low stance, handle like its on rails and be uncomfortable for most passengers - idea is its a track car and passenger rarely have to deal with it.

Find a good reputable suspension place familiar with your make and model and what you're trying to achieve.

* Custom made
Similar to having yours reset to what you'd want, but more accurate process, uses new springs (much better idea for any sort of performance vehicle), more expensive

* Off the shelf (Kings, Lovells etc)
If you know someone who's used them, talk to them, have a ride in their car, ask for their opinion. Definately cheaper than custom made springs, and for most purposes, equally as good.

* Blocks
Pretty close to what you have, just lower and as a result a lower centre of gravity therefore should handle better, but not a great deal. You're also introducing another component and therefore another point of failure into the suspension system.
Suitable for many people, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
