Well im considering getting new suspension all round in my car when i bought it, it already came lowered with what i suspect are King 'lows'. Now the new setup im looking at lowers a standard falcon e.g. gli/futura 50mm (is this superlow equivalant?).

Reason i ask is my insurance only lets me lower the car 30mm from standard but seeing as my car is an XR, the standard xr suspension is roughly 1 inch or 25.4mm lower than a normal falcon anyway. So the way i figure it if i had say a gli with the 50mm kit it would void insurance as i go past 30mm from standard. But as my car is already 25.4mm lower than normal a 50mm kit would only lower it 24.6mm extra thus under my 30mm allowance, make sense?

Also if anyone with an ef/el XR series has a stock ride height could you measure the distance between the top of the wheel arch to the centre of the wheel.

Lastly how much do King superlows usually lower a falcon? what about lows?

lows are normally a 30mm drop which is what the tickford suspention should be, i think king spring superlows are 60mm drop but other brands vary afaik
