It will be a 3.45.

Did they go to 3.45 between ed-ef? its just coz i read that it didnt change till the el

Auto, 3.45 IIRC, Manual 3.23.

iv got a manual so i have 3.23 a***?

There will be a yellow sticker on the drivers side axle tube not to far from the centre of the diff. It will say the ratio on it.
From memory its yellow for an LSD diff and whiet for an open centre. Unless its like my Farilane that says it has 3.23's on the sticker but I have fitted 3.45's.

Btw i think there might be something wrong with my lsd, not really sure. On the dry tarmack if i put foot flat in first then snap second sometimes it will only spin one wheel:s is this just because it doesnt have quite enuf power to fry the tyres on the road, coz wen its wet it lights up both wheels with ease and holds it for ages????

Grim.. another thing that needs doin. It will have to wait coz when i do it im gonna put 3.45s in it if it hasnt alreday got it. Will it hurt it how it is now??

XR8 didnt get the 3.45 diff until the 185kw EL.
An EF XR8 has 3.23.
