hey guys posting for a mate he has a ef xr8 basically the gearbox is havin trouble shiftin mainly from 1st to 2nd and 3rd to 4th, and it only really does it under heavy acceleration as it shifts threw the gears under really light throttle. any ideas? could it just need a service?

Sounds like the front band is worn out - It is used with the 1-2 & 3-4 shifts.

How many KM's has it done?

200 but we just found out what we thought was a exhaust rattle is the big end bearing gone
