sorry guys i need help ive read most posts on here about axle tramp. but if tried most things i have a EL Fairmont 5sp manual standard motor with a turbo ive replaced all the bushes and shocks are about 12 months old its sitting about 100mm at lowest point on 235/40/18 its gotten worse going from 323.1 open to 345.1 lsd as i understand but tried 330mm el upper arms with new bushes on front mount and having issues with tail shaft knocking on tunnel so tried the all ef/el tickford model upper arm 340mm which bolts on back diff mount but still knocking a little on tunnel and arms are bottoming out on diff from tramping. lower arms have super pro hard bushes on diff side and standard ones on chassis side

What shocks are you running? What springs are you running? Alot of the time, axle tramp comes from shocks that cannot control the springs. then there is other things to consider like your pinion angle and so on.

I've got Monroe gt sports 12 month old and king springs lows spring about 8 month old as was to low and diff seams to be sitting level I thought of using short upper arm on rear mount but angled down to much. I am thinking of getting some pedders coil overs for it but wanted some advice as to why it's doing it
