Dumb question #7892 Is a VN commo 5 speed (T5) the same as a falc 5 speed of similar vintage? I assume the bellhousing would be different... how much else is?

Search function.
For starters the input shafts are all different lengths between commodore 6, 8 and falcon 6 and 8 so it won't fit. As for internals depends whether VN's used World Class or non WC gearboxs and to what falcon box you are comparing as falcons also used WC and non WC boxes.

No worries. If you go onto google, type in your search query there and afterwards put: site:www.fordmods.com
It works heaps better than using search on here and will only give you results on this site
