hey what is the best/recommended time frame or kms driven to change the belts? like the ac, alternator and the other one (theres 3 in my EB2)is there a way of knowing when they need it?

and whats the recommended times to service and change the auto fluid and filters?,and the oil, sparks etc?

any advice would be good,

The original Ford intervals were every 40,000km for major services. That included oil & filter ( engine ), brake fluid, coolant ( or every 2 yrs ), s/plugs, air filter, and repack front wheel bearings.
I think the fuel filter was every 80K or 100K.......but once a year is better.
Auto service as required, more so if taxi or door to door delivery.
Doing the diff every 40K wouldn't hurt either ( not mentioned ).

my auto is changing a bit hard sometimes when its cold, and its overfilled and black so im gona get it done today, $17 bucks for a service kit cant go wrong, i just dont think its been done for ages and i just bought it so ill do it. is this the best way to know its due?changing a bit rough?(when cold only though) how many ks would u suggest between changes.

If they are squealing, or have cracks in them, replace them.
If the tranny fluid is black, it will need a flush.
