hi guys i did a full bottom end rebuild on my motor so engine and box came out while it was out i added 2500 rpm stall converter and service kit.
now it leaks from the bell housing and im fairly sure its atf what could be the problem?? |

Did you put some Silastic between the rear engine seal & sump? It could also be the front seal on the gearbox.

its dark so not 100% but feels thin like trans fluid i didnt silastic anything so i recon shortshift is on the money...
ive only ever worked on trans that have been removed with engine how hard is it to remove without pulling out the motor?? |

its dark as in the colour of the fluid could be either
