shudders I assume you mean? When you say you have changed the brakes do you mean you put new brake pads? Did you replace the rotors as well as these are what will give you that shuddering feeling when applying brakes. If its still doing it with new rotors I'd be taking it to a brake shop that'll give you a free quote, find out whats actualy wrong then see if its something you can fix yourself...brakes are not an area to mess with if its a big job...

What you are experiencing is called "DVT". or: "Disc Variation Thickness". it is a symptom of today's braking technology. (look it up on the WWW thingy).............Today's braking demands instance response, and good feel, to the detriment of the braking rotor's metallic composition. This equates to soft rotors (discs) and hard (non asbestos) brake pads.

What I can suggest is what I do: I have two sets of rotors, one of which is always on the car, and the other set ready to be machined. Once I start to experience "DVT", I whip off the offending rotors, put on the machined ones, and :"Robert's your mother's brother"

I must note that you have spent a lot of money for nothing, and if your "mechanics" cannot solve thre problem simply, go somewhere else...................

Or get a manual and learn...........................

If rotors were changed, back off the adjustment nut at the booster.

sorry its taken so long to reply but if you havn't fixed the problem yet have you tried the pistons in the calipers they can swell up and put the brakes on slightly making the rotors hot and making them warp when they cool down no vibration
