i have heard quite a few bad things about TTF, the one in lawnton QLD fitted the wrong load rating tyres to a mates car (add stated tyres to suit) which he got booked for, all they ended up saying was "we can give you 50 per tyre to go towards new tyres" they cost 170 each new and were less then a month old

ive had nothing but bad experiences from TTF. and not just one store, but several ive been too. one d**k me around with a new wheel for a week, telling me its coming its coming, evenutally he fessed up and said he hadnt bothered ordering it yet.

the manager at another store ignored me for about 10 mins. it got to the stage where i was standing on the other side of the counter waving my hands about in front of him and he still ignored me. didnt see any guide dogs so he must just be a d**k. in the end i was like "sorry, did you want my money?"

i would never go back.

Sounds pretty normal for TTF. A mate traded in his old rims for new ones on his VX SS and they put on second hand ones. I pointed it out when i saw gutter marks on one of the rims and marks from the old balance weights. They blamed the new guy there!!!

I've been to TTF once and once only, in Dandenong, Melbourne!

I went in for a simple wheel alinement, after waiting over an hour & a half for it which at that stage I thort was a long time considering there wasn't anyone else infront of me who I had to wait for I asked what the hold up was.. They said that this was the usual length n I figured what ever, so long as its bloody done as I didnt wish to ruin my new tyres.
They come out "Hey champ, your wheels are alined, too easy.." n I figured Hoo freakin ray, lets pay n get the hell outa here (can only walk around a tyre store so many time within almost 2 hrs.. I pay, grab the keys n take off down the road, car went slightly to the left and steering wheel was about 2 INCHES to the right, not sitting center???!!!
I went back immediately n said "whats the go?" to which I get the "it was like that when you brought it in here, it can NOT be fixed unless you buy (forgot what he said) he refused my money back or to even take a look at it; at this point i went right accross the road to bob jane t marts n got them to do it in about 20min and they did it free as i happened to get the tyres off them not long ago but for some reason were closed when i first went to TTF in the morning!

God I hate those useless lieing POS!

yeah usual ttf crap. Took in a mates eb for brake pad change. 3 hours later get the car home and one of the pads hadnt been changed at all and they charged for disc machining when they didnt even do it.

They need to just reopen as a kebab shop cause thats all the bloody wogs there are good for.

Another mate was getting wheels fitted to his coupe when he was watching through the window and saw them tapping his threads with a hammer to get them on. He flew out there and nearly got in a punch on. They learnt the hard way that not all cars have the same stud pattern. :P C***
