hi guys, just installed a set of king spring superlows into my au xr6 vct. iv noticed the back is definately lower, but the front has not changed at all. how much lower can i expect it to go.
Spring model numbers were KFFL-57SSL for front and KFRL-67SSL if that helps. iv heard SSL is supposed to be ultra low but in the catologue they are superlows. thanks

I agree, that looks like lows on there. I have lows on the back of my car cause I was sick of it looking like a steam shovel. I HAVE seen super lows on an AU XR8 and you couldn't see the tops of the tyres.

best you go and see the bloke you brought them off and get them checked out mate you might have been ripped

Yeah i was thinking about that, but the tags on the springs had the right codes on them, would that mean the problem started at king springs?

my kings have the part numbers printed on the actual springs in hex font

i think it might have been a mistake made at kings i dont know how you would go about it but see if you can get them swapped over and see how that goes and also did you put in the shortened shocks when you done the springs
|

nah havent installed shortened shocks yet, still looking for a cheap set. Hopefully that will drop it a little more. Anyone got any good suggestions on brands and know of any cheap deals. thanks

try ebay cant find much cheaper but dont get second hand ones will die very quick theres heaps of good brands around just go to your local suspension shop they will point you in the right direction besides your standard shocks arent gonna hold up for to long with the superlows so do it quick find some for maybe 350
|
