Just like something is rubbing against the tyre all the time. No idea - what it is but the faster the louder - Does that have to do with airflow or something like that?

No idea - what it is but the faster the louder - Does that have to do with airflow or something like that? pull tyres off and check brake pads,if pads ok,wheel bearing play or looseness,spin rotor by hand and listen for sound,rotors can warp,if all is ok-check the tyre for odd shapes-eggs or seperation in side walls or tread-damaged rim?

actually was doing this before and after I changed the new tyres just 2 months now - still the noise is there

Check the condition of the rotor surfaces, also check that rotor backing plate is not rubbing on the rotor.

Could be seized caliper or wheel bearings are worn. Worn wheel bearings can make a howling sound and the left normally goes first.
