Hello all,

I have an 06 bf fairmont sedan that i want to put an lsd and new 4.1 diff gears into.

Will an m86 diff and axles out of an xr6 turbo fit into the m78 rear cradle?

Id rather use the m86 as its proven to be strong and there are plenty of new ratios i can buy to suit.

Thanks everyone

The cradles are the same as far as I know. I dropped a BF XR8 cradle into my BA XR6 we had them side by side and there was no difference apart from the part numbers on Centre and Axles.
