Hi all. Haven't seen any threads around on this so though I'd ask. How do I go about replacing the front and rear shocks/ springs on my 1993 fairlane v8?

Help is appreciated.

Which I have no experience in haha. Sorry I am fairly new to fords don't know my way around and have never done suspension jobs before
