Hey, just wondering if you can machine out the centre bore hole of a rim, to allow a Nissan X Trail or similar rim to fit onto a Falcon, or maybe machine down the hub on the disc? I've already sat an X Trail rim on the Falcon, and the offset looks alright, but the damn centre bore is too small.

Holden boys do this all the time to get BMW wheels to fit their car.

But yeah, the legalities of it are somewhat shadey.

whats the difference in bore size?

i had nissan rims on my old magna that i had to modify to fit

Holden boys are doing this atm with the VE rims onto VR and VS VT etc machining the centre out bobs ya uncle.....

I thought they are the same as the AU rim (offset etc etc)
